











Our designs with unique and high-quality fabrics chosen by us require special maintenance, timeless pieces designed to last over time. Here are some washing tips that will help you make your pieces last and keep their shine:
PREMIUM QUALITY FABRICS
- Wash at low temperature 20°C
- Spin 800 rpm
- Air dry only
- Ironing with steam iron
- Bleaching and tumble drying prohibited
WINTER FABRICS
- Wash inside out at low temperature 20°C
- No machine spinning
- Air dry only (risk of shrinkage when tumble dried)
- Ironing with steam iron
- Bleaching and tumble drying prohibited
NB: It is possible that certain fabrics such as knit/wool/cashmere etc. may produce pilling over time, this is in reality completely normal and natural. When we are in movement, the fibers become detached and an excess of material is produced, which causes this phenomenon. The quality of the product is not the cause of this.
NATURAL FABRICS
- Hand wash recommended to not damage the fibers and avoid any shrinkage
- Air dry on hanger

FAQs
Is it possible to modify my order?
Once your order has been validated and preparation has started, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it. If you wish to add a product, it is recommended to reorder. Do not hesitate to reread your information carefully before confirming your order
When will I receive my order?
When you validate your order, it is sent to be made in our workshop. Delivery times are 20/25 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), including order taking, preparation and delivery. Express delivery is not available when pre-ordering. Find all the details right here: SEE HERE
How can I track my package?
You will receive an information email at each stage of production in order to follow the progress of the orders. Tracking with the carrier chosen during order validation is available once the order is in our warehouse in France.
Do I have to create an account before placing an order?
It is not obligatory to create a MAYRAH account to confirm your order. You have the possibility to validate your order as a guest, or more quickly with your PayPal or Apple Pay information. You also have the possibility of connecting to your personal space directly on the site.
Do I have to pay import fees and customs duties?
We take care of customs taxes for the EU zone and the United Arab Emirates. Customs fees relating to imports therefore apply to international zones and are the responsibility of the buyer. Find all the details in our delivery policy. : SEE HERE
Are your items already made?
Items on www.mayrah.fr are only available to measure and for pre-orders. A preparation time is therefore necessary before delivery of your package.
I received a defective item / the wrong product, what should I do?
In the event of an error in color, size, omission or defective item(s) on our part, the item(s) concerned will be replaced/returned. A credit note can be issued under conditions, please contact us in advance at the following address: contact@mayrah.fr or on the contact form HERE
What is your return policy ?
Pre-ordered items are neither refundable nor exchangeable, in accordance with the following law: “Supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized” (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code), which is the case of our company www.mayrah.fr which manufactures its products to order. The customer has 72 hours after receipt of the package to report an item in the event of an error or manufacturing defect. No returns will be possible after this period. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on sale or promotional items.
